Waitlist privacy notice

Last updated 25 September 2026. This notice covers the waitlist on this website only. It does not cover the Lattice app, which will have its own privacy policy before anyone is invited.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we store four things:

• Your first name, so an invitation can be addressed to you.
• The email address you typed in.
• The date and time you joined.
• Which part of this page you used to join, so we know which signup form people prefer.

That is everything. We do not ask for your last name, your location, your interests, or anything about your relationships. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking on this site.

Why we collect it

To send you one email when Lattice launches, and to let the founder personally invite early members. We will not add you to a newsletter or send you marketing about anything else.

Joining the waitlist does not create an account and does not guarantee you an invitation.

Where it is stored, and who can see it

Waitlist addresses are stored in Airtable, on servers in the United States. This website is hosted by Vercel.

The only person who reads the list is Dorien Michaels, who runs Lattice. We do not sell the list, rent it, share it with advertisers, or hand it to any other company for their own use.

This page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That means Google receives your IP address when the page loads, as it would on most websites. It receives nothing about your signup.

How long we keep it

Until Lattice launches and the launch email has gone out, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If Lattice does not launch, the list is deleted.

Getting yourself removed

Email dorien.michaels@gmail.com and ask to be taken off the waitlist. We will delete your address and reply to confirm. You do not have to give a reason.

You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected. Same address.

Age

Lattice is for adults aged 18 and over. Do not join the waitlist if you are under 18. If we learn an address belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes in a way that affects what we do with your address, we will update the date at the top of this page.
